Desperate in job hunt

Currently what I have in my mind is only job interview. Why is it so difficult to move to another company? I've spread many applications to many companies, but there is still no single interview call. Is it our current economic conditions are so difficult that so few companies are willing to accept new employees??

At first I thought that ITB graduation would be very easy to find a job, apparently ???? hik hik hik,,,,
